End-to-End Fabrication
Here's exactly what happens between your first call and your first meal on new stone, in eight steps.
We discuss how you use the space, review drawings and help you choose a material and slab. For natural stone, you approve the actual slab.
Once cabinets are installed, we capture exact measurements on site with digital templating, accounting for walls that are never perfectly square.
We map each piece onto your slab to plan seams, waterfall mitres and vein flow, then share the layout for your approval.
Our CNC bridge saw cuts every piece directly from the digital template for repeatable, millimetre-accurate results.
Edge profiles are shaped, sink and cooktop openings are cut and polished, and mitred joints are prepared for seamless assembly.
Surfaces are polished, honed or leathered, then every piece is inspected under raking light before it leaves the shop.
Our installers deliver, level, seam and secure your stone, and set undermount sinks, typically in a single day.
Natural stone is sealed, the site is cleaned, and you receive care guidance so your surfaces stay beautiful for decades.

Yes. Cabinets must be installed, level and secured before we digitally template, and sinks, faucets and cooktop specifications should be on site so cut-outs are exact.
Absolutely. For natural stone we encourage you to view and approve your slab, and we show you the planned layout and vein placement before cutting.
Yes, tear-out and disposal of existing countertops can be included in your quote.
